wtb laser FR rim and super duty hub. I only got a back wheel since i was short on cash. It was between the laser disc and a deemax but the deemax is too soft and i don't have $800 to blow on a new wheel every season or so . I'm really liking the laser disc.

sick, going to check into those tripods. I'm going to buy my hv40 from fotofun in new west for the same price and its good that i only live like 4 mins away! Do you know what brand of lenses broadway sells?

i think i am going to stick to the hv40. It has way better quality than the dvx100a and dvx100b. Even when you upres the dvx footage it still doesn't look as good as the hv40.

and larock uses an AG-HVX200 which is like $4000+

A canon hv40 is no where near the cost of those cameras. I am getting the hv40 new for $945. I can't afford a $2000 camera right now. Its a stellar camera for the price and can take very nice shots. I'm not going to throw down a bunch of money on a camera until after film school anyways. And even then i will probably keep this as a second camera since it is so good.

yea, its what i could afford at the time. But its has been good. Not too many problems and feels nice. If i were to get another shock i'd probably get a coil though. seems to be more reliable.
